DATA USE AND PROTECTION

All data displayed on this website, including but not limited to tournament leaderboards, tee times, player statistics, scoring information, and tournament schedules (collectively, "Tournament Data"), is the exclusive property of Roanoke Valley Golf Hall of Fame or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or display any Tournament Data for commercial purposes or on any other website, application, or platform without our prior written consent

  • Use any automated means, including robots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar data gathering tools to access, collect, or extract Tournament Data from our website

  • Create derivative databases or datasets using our Tournament Data

  • Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate our Tournament Data into any other website or service

  • Systematically retrieve Tournament Data to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory

  • Use Tournament Data to develop competing products or services

Tournament Data is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial viewing on our platform. Any use of Tournament Data beyond individual viewing requires express written permission from Roanoke Valley Golf Hall of Fame.

Enforcement

We employ technical measures to detect and prevent unauthorized access and scraping. Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages, including but not limited to lost revenue and costs of enforcement.
